Build and operate Grafana Cloud Synthetic Monitoring end-to-end as a full-stack engineer. You’ll design Go APIs and the execution pipeline, while also creating user-facing TypeScript/React workflows that connect check results to cross-product investigation and AI-assisted experiences. Work on a multi-tenant, Kubernetes-based distributed system, ensuring it scales to enterprise governance needs with strong reliability through testing, observability, documentation, and on-call ownership.

Key Responsibilities

•Own features end-to-end across the stack, from Go API and data model design through the execution pipeline to TypeScript/React workflows.
•Design and evolve systems for scheduling, probe lifecycle, telemetry ingestion, and API design so the product scales.
•Build cross-product and AI-assisted workflows that connect Synthetic Monitoring to Grafana Cloud.
•Enable enterprise-scale operability with governance primitives for managing Synthetic Monitoring as code.
•Ensure quality through testing, observability, documentation, and participate in the team’s on-call rotation.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: SEK 610,000 - 762,500

Key Requirements

•Be comfortable working in a remote-first company and communicate clearly in written and spoken English.
•Have strong Go experience, or a path to strong Go; experience in other systems languages translates well.
•Bring an operational mindset by owning production services and treating reliability and toil reduction as product features.
•Think in systems and reason about data flow, failure modes, cost, and operational behavior.
•Use short feedback loops and be able to design, prototype, and iterate independently.
