Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in assigned internal audit projects to complete required activities within scheduled time frame and budget.
  • •Participate in internal audit fieldwork for business process reviews, including operational processes, financial reporting, internal controls, SOX walkthroughs and testing, and physical inventory exemption reviews.
  • •Support internal audit improvement initiatives (e.g., annual risk assessment, SOX optimization, analytics and automation, guest auditors program, audit quality assessment review).
  • •Provide timely, clear, and actionable feedback on audit findings and opportunities for improvement; communicate results to relevant business functions.
  • •Draft audit reports and support follow-up on outstanding findings or SOX deficiencies, including remediation testing and collaboration with internal and external audit resources.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related discipline with relevant work experience.
  • •Two to three years of experience in public accounting/auditing, internal audit, or corporate accounting/finance.
  • •Strong understanding of US SOX requirements, including documenting and testing SOX controls.
  • •Strong understanding of business processes in a manufacturing organization.
  • •Working knowledge of GAAS and US GAAP.
