Key Responsibilities

  • •Review plans and specifications and oversee work to ensure construction conforms to contract drawings.
  • •Review technical aspects of major design, construction, renovation, or alteration projects and perform plan-in-hand reviews.
  • •Review RFIs, submittals, and BCOES reviews; inspect and test mechanical systems and equipment installed in projects.
  • •Monitor and document commissioning of building systems and support mechanical/plumbing meetings, including RFP/design requirements.
  • •Prepare project correspondence and reports; review complex change orders and claims; attend warranty inspections and support contractual warranty maintenance.

Key Requirements

  • •HS plus 10 years of relevant experience in construction practices, engineering procedures, and testing, including large vertical DoD construction projects.
  • •3 years of commissioning experience.
  • •US citizenship is required for the project.
  • •Must pass State and Federal criminal history/security background checks and a pre-employment drug screen.
  • •Knowledge of HVAC, piping, plumbing, and building control systems.
