Key Responsibilities

  • •Plan, conduct, and supervise field survey activities including plot demarcation and staking-out of property boundaries, topographic surveys, and geodetic surveys.
  • •Collect, process, and interpret survey and geospatial data and provide accurate survey information for engineering, construction, and development projects.
  • •Prepare technical drawings, maps, and GIS outputs; maintain up-to-date land records and spatial databases.
  • •Support investors through site visits by checking and inspecting land against their requirements and expectations.
  • •Supervise and coordinate the efforts of the survey team from an outsourced contractor and provide client relationships and services to investors and third-party consultants/contractors.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in Surveying or equivalent.
  • •5 years of experience in the surveying field.
  • •Experience with municipal/town planning bodies, dedicated surveying firms, or consulting/contracting engineering companies across land surveying branches.
  • •Written and spoken English is essential; Arabic is preferred.
  • •Ability to perform survey calculations, processing, and produce reliable survey information for stakeholders.
