Assistant Store Manager

Support the Store Manager to drive a memorable retail experience at The North Face store in Braintree, Essex. Help drive sales and profitability, coach and motivate sales associates, and assist with implementing retail processes. Oversee inventory and P&L procedures, report performance metrics and KPIs, maintain visual merchandising standards, and provide store coverage when the Store Manager is absent. You’ll lead from the front with strong customer focus and communication.
