Job Summary

Lead the store’s Sales & Service team to deliver exceptional guest experiences, drive sales targets, and elevate talent in line with ALO’s guiding principles. Manage floor and back-of-house operations, coach teammates, and partner with the General Manager to execute the store strategy and ensure a welcoming, efficient environment.

Key Responsibilities

•Investigate and root cause sales opportunities, partnering with the General Manager to escalate process or system gaps
•Oversee the Sales & Service team to execute an exceptional guest experience on the floor through assessing the level of guest connection and technical product education and supporting team members to address gaps through feedback and coaching
•Continue to build the client relationship daily with our customers
•Ensure effective sales floor coverage through the development of workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives throughout the store as needed
•Partner with the General Manager to build the Sales & Service strategy for the store and execute implementation with the Sales & Service team

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 60,000 - 76,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Retail leadership experience in a store setting (3-5 years preferred) with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
•Experience overseeing a Sales & Service team, including coaching, feedback, and performance management

•Proficiency in analyzing sales metrics and operational data to inform planning and decisions
•Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally
