Assistant Store Leader

Partner with the Store Leader to drive store productivity and profitability through coaching, operational excellence, and a client-first mindset. Lead omni-channel and virtual selling, manage clienteling and customer data capture, and empower associates to deliver personalized experiences. Recruit, onboard, and develop talent, review KPIs, and act as Store Leader in their absence. Oversee opening/closing, cash handling, payroll budgets, compliance, inventory accuracy, and support live-stream and social media engagement.
