Manage day-to-day paint shop and inspection center operations by leading and developing hourly production associates. Ensure cars move safely for repairs while meeting production and quality targets on daily, weekly, and monthly schedules. Oversee coaching, performance management, conflict resolution, and adherence to systems and quality standards. Review and approve defects, train associates on first-time repair completion using quality control standards, and coordinate with the inspection center general manager to repair or reject inventory based on cost and vehicle quality.

•Review and approve defects and train associates using quality control standards to complete repairs effectively the first time.
