Own the detection, disruption, and investigation of potential misuse of the Starlink service. Proactively identify platform integrity and abuse risks, design and deploy solutions to priority risks, and represent the team across functional groups. Investigate scams, fraud, and illicit activity, conduct periodic reviews for legal/compliance needs, and apply enforcement with strong consideration for customer privacy. Build expertise in investigative techniques, technologies, and abuse-prevention strategies.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree and 6+ years of professional experience in global affairs, intelligence, or investigations; or 12+ years in lieu of a degree.
•6+ years of experience using data querying languages (e.g., SQL), scripting languages (e.g., Python), geospatial tools (e.g., ArcGIS), and/or statistical software (e.g., R).
•6+ years of experience investigating, mitigating, or dealing with illicit operators (e.g., fraud, abuse, cybersecurity, or other illicit activities).
•3+ years owning and driving improvements in processes, technology, or other business areas to improve customer integrity.
•Demonstrated ability to work on investigative techniques/technologies or abuse-prevention strategies in a high-stakes, fast-paced environment.
