Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead full-cycle projects from requirement approval for automated testing/firmware/calibration through implementation into mass production.
  • •Set and monitor task execution; oversee hardware/parts ordering and installation.
  • •Coordinate cross-team collaboration with device and pre-production teams and production technical teams for new device releases and scaling.
  • •Run kick-offs and meetings, manage meeting notes, and ensure project documentation and instructions for test equipment/software preparation.
  • •Troubleshoot projects already launched into production and support people management and team-building processes; also drive auxiliary automation/optimization projects.
