Job Summary

Provide after-sales field service for customers using measurement and analytical instruments, including installation/commissioning support, diagnostics and troubleshooting, and preventive maintenance with calibration. Support customer technical inquiries and guide product usage and optimization. Configure newly delivered instruments at the Emerson Chiba Service Center (initial setup, parameter and communication settings). Improve maintenance efficiency while ensuring responsive, technically grounded customer support.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide after-sales services (proposals/solutions/maintenance) and asset management support for Emerson customers using measurement instruments.
•Support installation and commissioning of flowmeters, transmitters, and density/concentration meters.
•Diagnose equipment issues, perform repairs, investigate root causes, and provide technical advice.
•Conduct inspections, calibration, and preventive maintenance of measurement instruments.
•Perform initial setup and configuration (parameters, communication settings, functional optimization) for newly delivered instruments at the Emerson Chiba Service Center.
