Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead the end-to-end recommendation process by analytically solving problems and summarizing large data sets for executive decision-making.
  • •Nurture deep, trusted partnerships with Sales, Finance, Commercialization, Data Science, Accounting, IT, and Business Operations teams.
  • •Communicate data-driven narratives and easily understandable presentations to stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain financial and operational models to understand real-time forecasts for key metrics.
  • •Propose and implement solutions to drive key financial metrics in partnership with the GTM team and drive process improvements, standards, and reporting enhancements

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, IT, or equivalent quantitative field
  • •6+ years or equivalent tenure in FP&A, corporate finance, accounting, or data analytics
  • •Experience with cross-functional partnership, especially with GTM teams
  • •Financial modeling expertise; ability to maintain complex spreadsheets; Google Sheets a plus
  • •Data analysis experience with ability to derive insights and communicate them effectively
