Key Responsibilities

  • •Collaborate with VP of Sales and other sales leadership to establish go-to-market strategy and sales and growth goals.
  • •Identify, cultivate, and procure new and existing business within the assigned region using established channel relationships.
  • •Own the channel sales cycle including prospecting, qualifying, product/solution demonstrations, and negotiations through closing.
  • •Prepare agent and customer sales proposals and meet sales goals on a per-deal basis.
  • •Educate subagents on Command|Link products, processes, and channel partner lifecycle commitments; expand and strengthen customer relationships.

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of channel management experience in the mid to large business market segment, including working with partners and achieving results.
  • •Proven “hunter/seller” sales experience for new business with established relationships across partner channels in vertical markets, managed service providers, industry, and IT consultants.
  • •Ability to qualify subagents to position and sell Command|Link products and services.
  • •Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, and ability to learn proprietary CRM and other technology tools.
  • •Excellent written and oral communication skills with high-performance presentation and training experience (a plus).
