Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead and mentor staff to execute plans for small to mid-sized capital investment projects.
  • •Implement project processes, tools, and controls to facilitate success, including a cadence for guidance and obstacle removal.
  • •Serve as an escalation point during delivery; mitigate risks while maintaining quality and smooth transition/turnover to operations teams and users.
  • •Develop and analyze business metrics to improve operations and identify performance trends and improvement opportunities.
  • •Own the capital improvement plan, including annual budgeting, quarterly forecasting, and monthly payment processing; pursue efficiency and savings through procurement methodology and tools.

Key Requirements

  • •Minimum 10 years of progressive construction management experience.
  • •Minimum 3-5 years of management experience with construction industry team members.
  • •In-depth knowledge of construction means and methods, materials, MEP systems, and building codes.
  • •Full knowledge of the design and construction life cycle from site selection through facilities integration.
  • •CPM scheduling methods, construction document review, and contract administration; ability to adapt to ambiguity and changing priorities.
