•Oversee daily operations of the Fermentations Department and lead a team of 12 shift dairy operators to ensure 24/7 production
•Maintain and uphold safety, quality, and production targets across the department
•Lead process and plant ownership, ensuring rapid follow-up on issues and implementing continuous improvements
•Collaborate with a dedicated and motivated team to contribute to a high-performing production environment
•Integrate into a well-functioning production team and collaborate across the company to achieve shared goals
