Job Function: Industrial, Process & Manufacturing Engineering

Key Responsibilities

  • •Monitor process models, control systems, and manufacturing data to maintain process stability, product quality, and mill health.
  • •Investigate abnormal conditions during production, implement approved process adjustments within established authority, and coordinate technical resolution.
  • •Develop and maintain working knowledge of Level 1/Level 2 systems, MES, and other PC&A systems supporting mill operations.
  • •Review upcoming production schedules to identify technical risks and recommend mitigation strategies.
  • •Execute and evaluate process trials, producing technical reports, trend analyses, and performance summaries to support decisions.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • •Working knowledge of industrial automation, process models, and manufacturing systems.
  • •Ability to interpret manufacturing data and recognize abnormal process conditions.
  • •Experience with structured root cause investigations and continuous improvement.
  • •Effective communication across Operations, Quality, Maintenance, Automation, and Engineering.
Education:Bachelor's in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Metallurgical Engineering, or a related engineering discipline
