Key Responsibilities

Key Requirements

  • •BA/BS in Information Systems, Economics, Finance, or a technical field with 1+ years of experience in financial markets operations or technical operations.
  • •Product/operational knowledge of listed futures or options, including hands-on error trade analysis and resolution.
  • •Ability to diagnose and articulate complex technical problems to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • •Experience delivering multi-channel support (voice, email, chat) while maintaining quality in high-volume, time-sensitive conditions.
  • •Familiarity with prediction markets, event contracts, FIX protocol, network protocols, SQL, or CRM tools like Salesforce and JIRA is a plus.
