Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead Amazon 3P marketplace strategy and execution to grow revenue, contribution margin, and brand visibility.
  • •Own marketplace performance including content health and KPI tracking; provide weekly reporting and insights and support experimentation where supported.
  • •Run joint business planning with Amazon and manage relationships to secure better placements, promotions, and incremental investments.
  • •Oversee agency partners for Amazon search and performance marketing (AMS/DSP), and marketplace operations/logistics and compliance.
  • •Drive revenue targets by optimizing pricing, promotions, and advertising spend; manage merchandising and content strategy to improve conversion.

Salary: USD 110,000 - 165,300 annually

  • •Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant degree.
  • •5+ years of experience managing Amazon or other digital marketplace businesses.
