Job Summary

Join the Workday Services team to support and enhance WPP’s Workday Financials deployment. You’ll provide senior technical and process expertise across Workday Financials, oversee enhancements, troubleshoot and resolve tickets, and investigate new functionality. Partner with process owners, the Shared Service Centre, and stakeholders to maintain process documentation, safeguard global design standards, and train the team on Workday Financials and associated processes.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee and deploy enhancements to existing Workday Financials deployments.
•Diagnose and resolve assigned tickets for Workday Financials and integrated applications.
•Investigate new or released functionality and collaborate with other Workday resources.
•Maintain up-to-date process documentation and safeguard global design standards against competing change requests.
•Train other team members on Workday Financials and associated processes.

Key Requirements

•Workday Financials experience in a complex organization, with the ability to manage workload and prioritize to meet customer expectations.
•Strong finance/accounting knowledge in a global business and the ability to communicate with finance colleagues.
•Understanding of Shared Services operating models.
•Ability to collect and assess client needs accurately.
•Strong technical knowledge of Workday Professional Services Automation and integrations is a plus; also bring creative solutioning and problem-solving skills.
