Key Responsibilities

•Lead cross-team efforts to improve the frontend codebase and drive platform initiatives.
•Participate in technical design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and provide effort estimations.
•Build modern, rich UI and frontend web applications, including reusable components and frontend libraries.
•Drive and enforce engineering best practices such as coding standards, testing, code reviews, and documentation.
•Coach and mentor junior engineers to support their technical growth.

Key Requirements

•6+ years of experience as a Frontend Developer.
•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science (or related) focused on application/software development.
•Experience setting up the full UI workflow from development through testing, building, and deployment.
•Ability to design scalable frontend architectures with component design, state management strategy, modular code, and long-term maintainability.
•Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, React ecosystem, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or equivalent), with understanding of MVC, JS frameworks/libraries, design patterns, accessibility, and performance.
