Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage and optimize the APAC corporate real estate portfolio, including occupancy and space utilization strategies and portfolio performance reviews.
  • •Lead workplace strategy initiatives such as workplace transformation and hybrid working programs, including occupancy metrics, utilization analyses, and dashboards.
  • •Own end-to-end delivery of office fit-outs, renovations, moves, and workplace projects, including governance, budgets, schedules, procurement, and risk management.
  • •Provide facilities and operations oversight across the region to meet quality, safety, business continuity, and service level requirements.
  • •Develop real estate operating and capital expenditure budgets, track financial performance, ensure forecasting/reporting accuracy, and support sustainability/ESG initiatives.
