Key Responsibilities

  • •Use test and measurement tools to identify component-level and circuit-level issues in PCBA.
  • •Replace, rework, or re-solder defective components using soldering, desoldering, hot-air, and rework station techniques while protecting PCB integrity.
  • •Read and interpret schematics, layout drawings, BOMs, test reports, failure logs, and engineering instructions to guide repairs.
  • •Document repair actions, root causes, replaced components, and verification results for traceability.
  • •Verify repaired units through functional testing and support production lines with fast failure feedback, defect pattern identification, and escalation of systemic issues.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in PCBA debugging, fault analysis, and repair.
  • •Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
  • •Practical experience with diagnostic tools plus repair and rework techniques.
  • •Strong understanding of electronic circuits, components, and PCBA layouts.
  • •Knowledge of ESD safety procedures and IPC repair standards.
