Key Responsibilities

  • •Support the Governance and Adoption Lead with finance (operational and recharge) and performance reporting for central technology services and track variances for stakeholders.
  • •Manage the incoming business demand and change pipeline with division IT representatives, ensuring processes are followed and changes are implemented using ITSM principles.
  • •Create, manage, and maintain central technology services plans and artifacts, including training/awareness plans, communications plan, stakeholder map, and governance documentation.
  • •Coordinate governance and supporting processes (e.g., Global CAB) and delineate activities across Group, Region/Division, and OpCos.
  • •Develop and measure adoption strategies for tools and service rollouts, build adoption dashboards and surveys, and provide change management support including communications, launch planning, and training.

Key Requirements

  • •At least 5 years of relevant experience designing, executing, and evaluating change management in a large global organization, preferably within technology/IT.
  • •Relevant 3rd level qualification, preferably at Masters level, or significant experiential knowledge to offset formal qualification.
  • •Certified and strong experience in change management and collaboration platforms.
  • •Adaptable, proactive governance and change management approach, including running change management sessions and workshops and communicating with non-technical stakeholders.
  • •Strong data analysis and reporting capability to optimize central technology services and adjust adoption strategies.
