Key Responsibilities

  • •Own Contact Center demo environments in Salesforce’s demo tool, configuring flows, routing, AI features, digital channels, and agent experiences
  • •Set up, test, and maintain production-ready demo orgs for AEs, SEs, and events so demos stay stable and current
  • •Produce demo videos (screen recordings and narrated walkthroughs) that showcase live functionality
  • •Build and maintain sales enablement assets for Agentforce Contact Center, including pitch decks, playbooks, FAQs, sales plays, battle cards, and qualification guides
  • •Partner with Product Management, Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Campaigns to execute GTM programs and support customer-facing events and launches

Key Requirements

  • •3–5 years of experience in technical product marketing, sales/solutions engineering, or a closely related technical GTM role
  • •Hands-on experience building and configuring Salesforce demo orgs, including familiarity with flows and omni-channel routing
  • •Comfortable working in Salesforce demo tools or sandbox environments to build, test, and maintain demo configurations
