Job Summary

Lead EU-wide cybersecurity governance, risk and compliance for Emerson’s Industrial‑IoT Measurement Solutions. Develop and enforce EU product security frameworks, ensure consistent application of cyber standards across EU product organizations, and continuously improve risk and compliance processes within CPTI’s cross-portfolio technology group.

Key Responsibilities

•Lead EU-wide governance, risk and compliance for product security within EU product organizations
•Translate regulatory and normative requirements into internal governance guidelines, policies and decision criteria
•Support risk-based decision-making through defined assessment methods, escalation models and management reporting
•Assist audits and regulatory evaluations by defining evidence requirements, consistency and traceability
•Develop and maintain governance documentation and guidelines materials

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering or a related field
•Minimum 4 years of experience in product security, secure product development or cybersecurity compliance (preferably in industrial/embedded environments)
•Familiarity with cybersecurity frameworks, standards and regulations
•Desirable: 8+ years of relevant experience including cybersecurity/GRC roles, knowledge of IEC/ISO/NIST and GDPR
•Experience in threat modelling, risk assessment and vulnerability testing
