Job Summary

Partner with branch teams to help clients improve their financial wellness through a mix of client servicing and transaction support. Process financial service transactions, uncover needs through meaningful conversations, and provide tailored recommendations—either directly or by transitioning clients to a Banker. Work in a hybrid platform branch role focused on high-impact coordination, customer experience, compliance, and achieving individual activity and outcome goals.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide a strong client experience by being present with clients and teammates and supporting clients’ financial journey.
•Accurately process financial service transactions and identify opportunities to deepen and expand client relationships.
•Resolve more complex client servicing issues as a resource to the team.
•Listen for financial wellness opportunities during client conversations and provide customized recommendations or transition clients to a Banker.
•Follow compliance, audit, and security procedures, balance the cash drawer, and work on Saturdays as directed.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 19.23 - 28.37 hourly

Key Requirements

•High School Diploma/GED or equivalent business experience.
•Experience developing new and current client relationships, achieving sales goals, and building referral sources via tele-consulting, outside calling, prospecting, and networking.
•Experience in cash handling.
•General understanding of PC with Windows-based applications and a calculator.
•Working knowledge of digital technology (mobile, apps, web browsing) and ability to educate clients on digital platforms.
