Job Summary

Perform skilled maintenance work on facility real property, plant utility systems, and power industrial trucks during 3rd shift. Handle predictive and preventative maintenance as well as troubleshooting and repairs for mechanical and electrical equipment. Support daily plant operations, part changes, lubrication, conveyor repairs, and equipment maintenance, while following safety, food safety, attendance, and GMP policies and completing daily log sheets.

Key Responsibilities

•Follow all company safety, food safety, attendance, and GMP policies.
•Conduct proactive daily plant operations, including setup and/or breakdown.
•Maximize plant efficiencies by reducing costs and maintaining product quality.
•Complete daily log sheets and communicate effectively, recognizing and reporting unsafe conditions and mechanical concerns.
•Perform maintenance and repairs such as part changes, lubrication, conveyor belt repairs, power train/bearing maintenance, motor and gearbox replacement, and fork truck/pallet jack maintenance.

Salary: USD 24.4 - 34.85 hourly

Key Requirements

•Minimum 6 months of mechanic work experience documented in your work history, or graduation from an industrial maintenance training program.
•HVAC/R program experience or completion of CIRO/CARO certification (or related field).

•Experience must be documented on the application.
•Ability to perform physical requirements of the role with or without reasonable accommodation.
