Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist the Security Manager with implementing, overseeing, and monitoring all security matters and enforcement of security policies.
  • •Supervise security staff and contracted security company; complete daily supervision and assessment.
  • •Ensure effective access control, key control, and material control; ensure proper key control procedures and security log updates.
  • •Conduct regular security rounds and operate/maintain surveillance equipment according to standards.
  • •Investigate and conclude incidents (theft, loss, vandalism, arson, accidents) and support the Hotel’s Emergency Response Team.

Key Requirements

  • •2 to 4 years’ experience in a security position in a hotel environment.
  • •Excellent verbal and written skills in the local language; excellent verbal and written skills in English; additional languages are beneficial.
  • •Ability to supervise, train, correct, and demonstrate security duties according to standard operating procedures.
  • •Knowledge of fire control and basics of CCTV security systems.
  • •Computer literacy (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) adapted to the role.
