Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and update strategies, cost planning estimates, and value principles across the engineering project life cycle.
  • •Advise management on contractual/legal matters and recommend contract awards and evaluation approaches.
  • •Run day-to-day commercial and contract operations, including budgeting control and progress payment approvals.
  • •Prepare and evaluate tenders, manage tender evaluation reports, support negotiations, and issue award/acceptance letters and contract documents.
  • •Review BOQs and contract terms, manage variations and contractual claims, assess supplier performance, and support contract closeout requirements.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Quantity Surveying Engineering.
  • •6+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (8+ years if Bachelor’s).
  • •Professional membership in internationally recognized quantity surveying institutes (e.g., MRICS, AIQS, AIQSSL).
  • •Strong knowledge of contract law, claims resolution, and contract life-cycle management.
  • •Experience in variations/orders, tender evaluation practices, and engineering cost/value analysis for infrastructure projects.
