Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide vision and strategic support across pioneering, research, studies, knowledge, innovation, and creativity to achieve RTA goals.
  • •Plan excellence requirements and awards participation; advise on projects and initiatives to drive continuous advancement.
  • •Co-develop the comprehensive management plan; supervise implementation, periodic measurement, and best-practice recommendations.
  • •Implement and measure research, innovation, partnerships, and pioneering programs; manage the central database for research, innovations, IP, and partnerships.
  • •Lead planning and implementation of innovation/leadership projects (including scopes, consultant selection, and delivery stages) and manage innovation laboratory and partnership plans.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Science or Business Administration.
  • •12+ years of experience with a Master’s degree (14+ years with a Bachelor’s degree).
  • •Must have experience in DGEP or EFQM.
  • •Experience advising on and implementing research, innovation, partnerships, and pioneering practices.
  • •Ability to develop and oversee measurement mechanisms for maturity in innovation, research, partnerships, and excellence.
