Support daily supermarket operations by keeping shelves stocked, products correctly placed, and the shop environment safe and tidy. Help deliver a Partner-led customer experience while working varied part-time shifts across seven days, including evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

•Replenish stock to keep shelves full and products in the right place at the right time.
•Fulfil online customer orders for drivers to deliver directly to customers.
•Reduce wastage by following product due diligence and markdowns for items nearing sell-by dates.
•Support the wider shop team when needed, including checkout support and managing Click & Collect orders.
•Maintain a safe and tidy working environment with general shop-keeping tasks.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: GBP 13 - 13.25 hourly

Key Requirements

•Must be 18 years or over (working time regulations).
•Communication skills to work effectively with a team and customers.
•Be able to support a flexible schedule across the whole branch.
•Experience of working in a customer-facing role (welcomed).
•Up-to-date knowledge and strong interest in food and drink trends (desirable).
