Job Summary

Affiliate Manager to own a category portfolio of TikTok creator affiliates from recruitment through ongoing performance management. Key Responsibilities

•Own a category portfolio of TikTok creator affiliates from recruitment through ongoing performance management.
•Recruit, brief, and coach creators to turn idle product listings into live, converting content, owning creator relationships and sample seeding.
•Drive SKU activation by identifying high-opportunity SKUs and getting creator video content live on them.
•Coordinate with ops and Brand Growth to align creator activations with campaigns and GMV targets.
•Track performance at the creator and SKU level and optimize based on data insights.
