Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the consolidated financial forecast and reporting cadence, including consolidated P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow forecast plus long-range planning.
  • •Set and execute spend strategy for cloud hosting and AI to support public-company readiness and forecast accuracy.
  • •Partner as the primary finance contact to Engineering, Product & Design, and G&A organizations, and lead finance business partnership for CTO and CISO organizations.
  • •Oversee planning systems and processes, including ownership of the planning stack and integrations with Anaplan, NetSuite, Salesforce, and BI layers.
  • •Build and lead a high-performing team by setting function strategic direction, managing KPIs, and driving continuous improvement and change initiatives.

Key Requirements

  • •8+ years of finance experience with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in SaaS or cybersecurity.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (or equivalent practical experience); MBA/CPA/CFA preferred but not required.
  • •Proven track record improving forecast accuracy and planning-cycle speed at scale, owning consolidated three-statement forecasts and delivering cost or gross margin outcomes with technical teams.
  • •Expertise in corporate FP&A for high-growth SaaS, including three-statement forecasting, unit economics, gross margin analysis, R&D investment planning, and cloud cost structures.
  • •Direct involvement in an IPO process or operating in a recently public company (e.g., S-1 support or quarterly external reporting).
