Key Responsibilities

•Meet strategic customers to understand AI transformation goals and identify the biggest pain points in AI agent-powered customer-facing and operational workflows.
•Own flagship deals end-to-end, from selecting the right use case through structuring commercial terms and driving closure.
•Embed with strategic customers as a trusted partner, spending meaningful time onsite and owning delivery outcomes.
•Collaborate with forward-deployed engineers to bring high-impact use cases to life and guide best practices for deploying ElevenAgents (agent design, orchestration, production readiness).
•Build and deliver demos, present proposals to audiences from technical teams to C-suite executives, and collaborate with research teams to inform the roadmap.

Key Requirements

•3+ years of experience working with customers in a technical capacity, preferably with direct enterprise experience.
•Experience in product development, delivery, and change management.
•Commercial instinct to engage in deal conversations, structure value propositions, and navigate enterprise sales cycles with GTM partners.
•Basic proficiency in Python and familiarity with API integration to prototype, demo, and communicate with engineering teams.
•Strong communication and problem-solving skills, including simplifying complex technical concepts and structuring clear logic; plus technical aptitude with LLM and AI agent frameworks.
