Key Responsibilities

  • •Create supply-chain improvement strategies by partnering with sales channels to enhance customer satisfaction and operational efficiencies.
  • •Drive distribution center strategy implementation to fulfill customer orders on time and in full.
  • •Plan and manage resources with Customer Service and Order Fulfillment to improve service and cost outcomes.
  • •Oversee end-to-end DC operations including receiving, put-away, replenishment, VAS services, picking, packing, returns, sample management, and inventory/process control.
  • •Manage DC budget forecasting and control using cost/benefit analysis to achieve KPI targets (e.g., labor CPU, UPH, and % over NS).

Key Requirements

  • •University degree in Engineering, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
  • •7+ years of progressive experience in Supply Chain Management.
  • •Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
  • •Proficiency with warehouse management systems.
  • •Strong problem-solving and leadership skills; able to work with all levels of staff.
