Key Responsibilities

  • •Install, service, and troubleshoot security cameras, smart locks, and home automation systems
  • •Evaluate customer homes on-site and recommend equipment upgrades or service enhancements
  • •Train homeowners on how to use their new system
  • •Conduct safety analysis of every home to ensure a safe workplace for technician and customers
  • •Participate in ongoing coaching and leadership training to advance within the organization
