•Develop and deploy enterprise behavioral science and consumer intelligence capabilities to strengthen decisions and drive growth.
•Translate behavioral research and consumer insights into practical frameworks, tools, and business applications.
•Partner cross-functionally to embed evidence-based consumer understanding into brand strategy, marketing, innovation, and commercial planning.
•Create and scale consumer-centric frameworks, including playbooks and training materials to increase adoption enterprise-wide.
•Lead capability-building projects from planning through execution and communicate recommendations from complex insights.

•Experience working within a matrixed organization across Brand, Marketing, and Commercial teams.
•Knowledge of consumer insights and marketing effectiveness frameworks, methodologies, tools, and processes.
