Key Responsibilities

  • •Support Safety & Security administration for AOSSC, including email responses to stations and service providers on ground safety and security matters.
  • •Prepare for Safety Management System and IATA operational safety audits, including training currency and manual updates in the GSD database.
  • •Conduct and maintain Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA) processes and documentation (forms, register review), including periodic exercises.
  • •Perform ground safety and process audits on Singapore (SIN) and overseas stations based on the AOSSC Audit Plan; investigate incidents and update findings/corrective actions in the system.
  • •Provide ad-hoc support for crisis/major flight disruption handling and assist with safety surveys, reports, and promotion/training activities.

Key Requirements

  • •Diploma in any discipline
  • •Experience in airport operations and/or flight operations (preferred)
  • •Experience in safety management systems (advantageous)
  • •Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • •Strong critical thinking, written communication, organization, and interpersonal skills
