Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop, review, and maintain the master project schedule in Primavera P6, including baseline and recovery schedule assessment and critical path monitoring.
  • •Set up project control procedures, KPIs, and reporting systems; prepare weekly/monthly progress reports, variance analysis, and executive dashboards.
  • •Monitor budgets, commitments, expenditures, and forecasts; analyze cost trends and support commercial/contract teams on variations and claims.
  • •Maintain the project risk register, coordinate risk workshops, and track mitigation measure implementation.
  • •Lead and mentor project controls planners and cost engineers; ensure project controls best practices and consistent deliverables.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Engineering Management, or related field; Master's Degree is an advantage.
  • •PMP, PSP (Planning & Scheduling Professional), or similar certification preferred.
  • •Minimum 15+ years of experience in project controls on major infrastructure projects.
  • •Strong experience on Roads, Highways, Expressways, Interchanges, and Transport Infrastructure projects.
  • •Advanced Primavera P6 proficiency, plus knowledge of Earned Value Management (EVM) and FIDIC contracts.
