Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead applications development projects from initiation to closure, covering planning, execution, and delivery of high-quality software products.
  • •Create and maintain detailed Agile project plans (objectives, sprints, milestones, and delivery timelines).
  • •Define and manage project scope and technical resources, coordinating between developers, DevOps engineers, and stakeholders.
  • •Proactively manage risks and mitigate disruptions, including security vulnerabilities in a DevSecOps framework and handling scope changes.
  • •Track project progress and KPIs, resolve technical bottlenecks, manage project financials (invoices and milestones), and follow PMO governance practices.

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of experience managing software applications development or IT-related projects with technical leadership.
  • •Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • •Subject-matter expertise in project management with Agile methodologies, DevOps practices, and DevSecOps integration.
  • •Professional certification is required (PMP and PMI-ACP highly preferred).
  • •Fluency in Arabic and English, with strong interpersonal and presentation skills to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
