Own full-cycle recruiting across functional areas and multiple locations, partnering with HR and hiring managers to build pipelines of highly qualified candidates. •Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for functional areas across multiple locations simultaneously.
•Ensure a smooth candidate experience through timely communication, clear feedback, and professionalism.
•Collaborate with HR teams and department leaders to advise on recruitment strategies and provide hiring-process support.
•Use sourcing strategies to build and maintain pipelines of qualified candidates for current and future roles.
•Track and report recruiting metrics in an applicant tracking system and maintain up-to-date recruitment records for regulatory standards.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year college or university and 2+ years of relevant experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

•Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail, urgency, initiative, and sound judgment.
•Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle sensitive information.
•Ability to travel to other locations (25% of the time) and self-manage time and daily tasks while traveling.
