•Respond to customer technical questions and help resolve issues during evaluations.
•Develop product expertise and share customer feedback with product management and engineering teams.

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Information Technology (or related subjects).
•0–2 years of experience in cybersecurity, IT, or presales (including internships or academic projects).
•Entry-level cybersecurity certifications such as Security+, SSCP, eJPT, or equivalent.
•Basic understanding of cybersecurity concepts and technologies (e.g., SIEM, EDR, network security, cloud security).
•Strong interest in cybersecurity with good communication skills and willingness to continuously learn.
