Key Responsibilities

•Throughput planning, inventory management, just-in-time planning, material requirements, and capacity modeling for the maintenance department using SAP.
•Effectively schedules work to meet business KPI targets and aligns with maintenance demands.
•Organizes repair, preventative, predictive, and outsourced maintenance activities.
•Estimates productive hours, schedules maintenance activities and equipment, allocates resources, and handles related execution aspects.
•Provides recommendations for MRP settings, forecasting, and inventory levels; maintains data accuracy in Halliburton's system of record and communicates priorities to stakeholders.

Key Requirements

•High school diploma or equivalent education required.
•Minimum of 5 years of experience in manufacturing or maintenance planning or maintenance operations.
•Work Authorization: Candidates who are not legally authorized to work in the United States will not be considered; Halliburton will not sponsor applicants for work visas for this position.
•Experience using SAP for throughput planning, inventory management, and capacity modeling.
•Strong communication with internal customers, business lines, PM&L, and maintenance leadership; ability to prioritize planning activities to meet business demands.
