Payroll Analyst

Manage end-to-end payroll operations for Japan, Korea, and Taiwan, coordinating annual payroll events and validating changes like hires, terminations, bonuses, and leaves. Ensure accurate, on-schedule processing while supporting compliance with local labor laws, tax, social security, and SOX controls. Partner with payroll vendors and internal Finance/HR stakeholders, drive process improvements and automation, and respond to employee payroll and tax inquiries.
