Key Responsibilities

  • •Take day-to-day responsibility for running a unit within Cottingley Hall Care Home.
  • •Support clinical duties, including helping the nurse with observing, issuing medication, reviewing care plans, and maintaining accurate records.
  • •Drive and manage a team of Care Assistants, including responsibility for shift handovers.
  • •Help train and supervise new staff so they feel welcomed and supported.
  • •Assist residents with personal care duties and build relationships with residents, families, and external teams such as GPs and District Nurses.
