Key Responsibilities

  • •Define and own the Forge Portal product strategy and roadmap, including what, why, and why now.
  • •Build Forge Portal from vision through MVP to shipping and iteration based on user feedback and business outcomes.
  • •Partner with quality engineering, supplier quality, reliability, manufacturing, and supply chain to connect workflows into one operating environment.
  • •Define integration strategy between quality systems and adjacent platforms (MES, ERP, PLM, sustainment) to ensure correct data flows.
  • •Drive adoption by ensuring external partners and business teams can use the platform effectively, while establishing metrics and feedback loops tied to business outcomes.

Salary: USD 166,000 - 220,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •7+ years of product management experience building enterprise or B2B platforms with complex stakeholders and cross-organizational dependencies.
  • •Experience building net-new products from vision through MVP to scaled adoption.
  • •Experience building or managing B2B platforms with shared workflows and data exchange across organizations.
  • •Experience defining and shipping software integrations with adjacent enterprise systems such as ERP, MES, PLM, sustainment, procurement, or internal data platforms.
  • •Strong written and verbal communication skills to communicate clearly to operators, engineers, business leaders, and executive stakeholders.
