Key Responsibilities

  • •Take ownership of RUN and BUILD activities for SAP GRC and authorizations
  • •Manage access conflicts and end-to-end incidents in SAP, ensuring timely restoration and root-cause analysis
  • •Contribute to redesign and optimization of the authorization governance model, including: audit and review of existing privileges, creation and optimization of SAP roles (classic and Fiori), audit and optimization of SAP licenses, SoD analysis
  • •Document roles, procedures, specifications and best practices; organize workshops with key people; provide proactive trackers/alerts for sensitive access
  • •Support projects and users (gather requirements, testing, support) and actively participate in governance and continuous improvement initiatives

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor-level degree or equivalent (Bac+5) with a minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP GRC, and participation in SAP S/4HANA projects
  • •Strong functional knowledge of SAP GRC modules and roles, including creation and redesign of SAP roles (classic and Fiori)
  • •Experience auditing and optimizing SAP licenses and user types/usages; capable of operating across governance and standards
  • •Experience with SoD (Segregation of Duties) analysis and supporting projects/users (requirements gathering, testing, support)
  • •Ability to lead workshops with key stakeholders, propose trackers/alerts for sensitive access, and document roles, procedures, specifications and best practices
