Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead planning for work packages and projects of varying size and complexity within the programme of works.
  • •Create, develop, and maintain robust project schedules, ensuring relationships between time, cost, risk, change, reporting, and scope.
  • •Adhere to NEC or FIDIC contract processes for schedule data and submissions, and support status report development for management visibility.
  • •Monitor and consolidate multiple project schedules into an Integrated master Schedule (IMS), evaluate progress and performance, and identify developing problem areas.
  • •Provide functional management of planning personnel, including mentoring and coaching, and advise on project schedule progress and KPIs across multiple projects.

Key Requirements

  • •Provide project planning experience specializing in planning and scheduling across the project lifecycle.
  • •Strong knowledge of Primavera (P6) and other planning and resourcing software, and the ability to coordinate with multi-disciplinary teams.
  • •Experience developing and maintaining schedules for complex, risk-managed projects or programmes, including status reporting and programme oversight.
  • •Strong communicator with leadership behaviours to influence, manage, motivate, coach, and develop a team.
  • •Ability to obtain BPSS level security clearance and demonstrate stakeholder management and risk-based decision making.
