•Support or lead thermal systems projects and project phases to complete milestones on committed timelines
•Collaborate with cross-functional, multi-location teams to ensure high-quality execution aligned with organizational strategy
•Perform component selection, system integration, concept development, and design engineering including design calculations
•Develop and execute product design/development phases with DFMEA and test plan development; support prototype/engineering builds and testing

•Masters in Thermal engineering

•Experience with product design and development process/phases, including DFMEA and test plan development and exposure to prototype/engineering builds and testing
•Good knowledge of the refrigeration cycle and selection, with strong communication and teamwork
