Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop communications strategies and delivery plans, including project narratives, key messages, and collateral for multiple audiences.
  • •Manage communications channels.
  • •Identify and map key stakeholders and establish engagement strategy and delivery plans for client projects.
  • •Support consultation delivery, including surveys, stakeholder feedback channels, and analysis of consultation responses.
  • •Plan and deliver physical and virtual events, manage safety and logistics, and create tailored materials, Q&As, and briefing materials; liaise with internal/external clients for accurate reporting and build business opportunities through proposals and tenders.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •Experience delivering communications, engagement and consultation on projects of different sizes and scales, ideally including major infrastructure schemes.
  • •Experience engaging a variety of audiences and stakeholder groups and mapping stakeholders to support complex projects.
  • •Experience in at least some relevant industry sectors (e.g., infrastructure, energy, water, transport, residential and commercial development).
  • •Proactive and able to work well alone and in a team; bring new ideas on engagement.
  • •Degree in a relevant subject, or an equivalent number of years of successful, relevant experience.
